Electronics Specialist

At Saalex Solutions Inc., we are seeking a skilled Electronics Specialist to join our team. As an Electronics Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting, maintaining, testing, and repairing electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on electrical/electronic equipment, including programmable controls, numeral controls, power supplies, drives, gages, and test equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical/electronic equipment.
- Plan and perform work requiring a thorough knowledge of electrical/electronic and mechanical theories and principles.
- Install, start up, and shut down equipment in accordance with company safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
- Advise operators and line mechanics on operation procedures and requirements for working safely with electrical/electronic and mechanical equipment and components.
- Maintain performance and maintenance records for identified equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance functions as directed.
- Assist maintenance personnel with technical troubleshooting.
- Assist and train other maintenance and technical-level employees.
Requirements:
- Two-year technical degree or accredited apprenticeship program or the equivalent in a technical field.
- Three to five years of proven experience in the electrical/electronics field.
- Four years of practical field experience in electronics maintenance and security.
- Active Secret Clearance.
