Nurse Specialist - ICU

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Specialist to join our Intensive Care Unit team at TotalMed Staffing. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide expert care to critically ill patients, collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

About the Position

* Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting
* Assess patients' conditions, monitor vital signs, and administer medications as prescribed
* Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement evidence-based practice guidelines

Requirements

* Current RN license
* BLS certification (other certifications as required by facility)
* Two years of recent ICU RN experience
* Strong leadership and communication skills
