The RN Interventional Specialist in the Interventional Progressive Care Unit at Cone Health delivers high-quality patient care through coordinated nursing processes and collaborative teamwork. This role involves assessing patient conditions, developing individualized care plans, administering treatments, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review patient needs and conditions to deliver nursing care in assigned units.
- Analyze patient information to develop tailored nursing care plans.
- Prepare nursing processes, such as medication administration and treatments.
- Evaluate patient responses to interventions and identify additional interventions needed.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Experience: 1 year as a Registered Nurse or 1 year in a clinical specialty.
- Licensure/Certification/Registry/Listing: Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state, BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.
