Your Role as a Clinical Health Specialist

">
  • Provide holistic patient care to your community with support, guidance, collaboration, and a 'one store, one team mindset.' ">
  • Elevate patient outcomes through accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning. ">
  • Administer immunizations and injections (including COVID-19, influenza, TB, Depo) and provide evidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling and education. ">

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • A minimum of one year experience as a Nurse Practitioner or equivalent. ">
  • Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing. ">
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and AED operation. ">
  • A Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role. ">
