As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting business needs identification and analysis to understand client requirements
  • Developing and maintaining requirements documentation to ensure all approved business requirements are up to date
  • Leading business process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis of current/to-be processes with key customer sponsors and stakeholders
  • Serving as a liaison between business owners, end users, and IT partners to ensure a cohesive approach and comprehensive solutions
  • Creating wireframes/mockups for user stories and developing and maintaining user stories leveraging ServiceNow

Qualifications:
A minimum of three years of ITSM or ServiceNow project management experience; U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferred

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline from an accredited college/university

Experience using Agile methodologies

Familiarity with implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform

Solid understanding of Agile processes and methodologies, including the ability to properly write user stories and breaking down large stories into component parts

Experience of using business analysis tools/techniques to design and deliver business change

Experience with requirements elicitation or the configuration of the ServiceNow platform

Strong engagement, communication, and facilitation skills, including presentation and influencing skills

Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements

Applicant must possess or be eligible for a U.S. Government clearance
