Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst

LEIDIT is seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team in the DC Metropolitan area. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth of our Federal Agency customer by providing expert-level analysis and guidance on ServiceNow implementations and application development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit business requirements, analyze, and document them clearly to ensure alignment and feasibility.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including requirement specifications, process flows, mock-ups, and reports.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings in a clear and engaging manner.
- Collaborate with security officers to ensure security and compliance requirements are thoroughly addressed.
- Work closely with business clients, technical staff, and management to foster collaboration and alignment.
- Ensure that solutions effectively meet business needs and requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong technical foundation with knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong analytical and writing skills, with the ability to clearly translate complex requirements for diverse audiences.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in building and managing strong client relationships and fostering consensus among competing stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow CSA Certification.
- Experience with the Agile Scrum methodology.
- Experience with ServiceNow Agile Development.
- Experience with custom application development with complex requirements and workflows.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary: $110,000 - $135,000
A comprehensive benefits plan is offered, including 401(k) Plan, PTO, paid holidays, health, dental, and vision insurance, and continuing education and tuition assistance.
