Floral Manager and Gift Department Head

Job ResponsibilitiesThe Floral Manager/Home & Gift Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Floral/Home & Gift department, ensuring a pleasant in-store atmosphere and delivering exceptional customer service. Key duties include:
- Preparing cut flowers for display and maintaining knowledge of plant and flower varieties and care
- Training and developing new/current employees within the department
- Sourcing and procuring high-quality products, managing inventory, and processing invoices
- Maintaining displays and merchandising store fixtures to drive sales
- Conducting general housekeeping, maintenance, and cleaning tasks to ensure a clean and safe working environment
Prior experience or knowledge of floral arrangements is preferred, and candidates must be at least 18 years old. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
