Clinical Practice Manager

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Practice Manager to lead our Primary Care team in West Portland, OR. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality patient care services.
Responsibilities- Provide leadership and management to interdisciplinary teams of physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and VA policies
- Foster a culture of excellence, professionalism, and teamwork among clinical staff
- Support the recruitment and retention of top clinical talent
- Board Certification in Family Practice or Internal Medicine
- Proven leadership and management experience in a clinical setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and service excellence
Full-time position, Monday - Friday, with minimal call for abnormal labs
