Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Permit Administrator to join our team at FHIA Remodeling. As a Permit Administrator, you will be responsible for assembling digital packages for the replacement of residential windows, including filling out the Notice of Acceptance, Permit Application, Product Approval, and site plan. You will also be required to track the process through our CMS company program to communicate the status of the permit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble digital packages for the replacement of residential windows
  • Filling out the Notice of Acceptance, Permit Application, Product Approval, and site plan
  • Track the process through our CMS company program to communicate the status of the permit
  • Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate permit processing
Requirements
  • Clear, precise oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills to include Adobe PDF and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Knowledge of BlueBeam program - a plus
  • Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish - a plus
