We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team at PowerHouse. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide detailed service information and resolve issues efficiently via phone and email.
- Work Order Management: Handle a high volume of incoming work orders promptly and efficiently.
- Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely arrivals and high-quality service.
- Email Management: Efficiently manage high-volume email communications.
- Experience: Two to four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate or higher skills in Excel.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
