What YOU will do:
- Oversee day-to-day team member assignments and deliverables
- Develop good customer relations and provide trouble shooting assistance to produce solutions to meet the overall department goals
- Manage communications with vendors and client via phone calls, emails, and client portals for reporting.
- Point of contact for all 3D Surveying equipment, software, strategies, and technology support
- Coaching, training, and providing support of Team members to elevate customer service, optimize financials, and produce Raving fans of our customers.
- Drive all Survey program schedules, reporting, and escalate issues for resolution with the Survey/CAD Project Manager
- Identify resources and establish budgets for Survey projects with Survey/CAD Project Manager
- Source and qualify Vendor Partners, technology updates, equipment inventory and rentals with Survey/CAD Project Manager
- Prepare field survey process to produce deliverables guidelines/templates aligned to customer programs
- Train internal team and vendor partners on customer program goals, forms, expectations and communications
- Utilize software tools for 3D scan processing, Microsoft Products, Google Drive, AirTable, and FoxIt
What YOU bring:
- At least 2-3 years of supervisor experience.
- Heavy project management experience.
- Multi-site coordination experience.
- Experience in facilities/property management or construction environment preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree, Associate Degree or two years of industry experience preferred.
- Must pass an MVR, background, and drug test.
