Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is a leading nonprofit dialysis provider with a mission to prioritize individualized care for patients facing chronic kidney disease.

We seek a motivated and compassionate Dialysis Equipment Technician to provide top-notch patient care support in our in-center dialysis clinics and hospital services dialysis.

The successful candidate will ensure the dialysis equipment, systems, supplies, and facility are functioning properly and safely to ensure patients receive the safest care with the highest-quality outcomes.

This part-time position, 30 hours/week, requires call availability as needed and offers a competitive pay range from $15-$23 per hour, depending on technical equipment and dialysis experience.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three to six months' experience servicing dialysis equipment and systems, with electrical maintenance experience also considered.

As a Dialysis Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Repairing, calibrating, and maintaining dialysis equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety
  • Knowing and following AAMI standards for water safety and reprocessing
  • Providing routine maintenance and repair of water systems
  • Documenting repairs and maintenance according to DCI and clinic policy
  • Testing and documenting air quality, taking appropriate action when necessary
  • Knowing and following proper usage, storage, and disposal procedures for hazardous chemicals and medical waste
  • Strictly observing infection control procedures
  • Completing minor building maintenance
  • Coordinating necessary facility repairs with nurse manager, AOD, and vendors
  • Participating in quality improvement activities and risk management programs
