**Salary Range**

The estimated salary for this position is $58,000-$64,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

**Job Description**

As an Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide mental health services to children, families, and educators in early childhood programs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing individual, family, and group interventions to support the mental health and well-being of children and families.
  2. Collaborating with educators to develop and implement trauma-informed practices in the classroom.
  3. Consulting with parents and caregivers to provide education and support on trauma-informed care.
  4. Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client cases and develop treatment plans.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A bachelor's degree in a human behavioral science field, such as social work, psychology, or counseling.
  2. 3-5 years of experience working with early childhood populations.
  3. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
