Equipment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Specialist to join our team at Carefree of Colorado. As an essential member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment operates safely and efficiently.
You will work closely with the Maintenance Manager to maintain all manufacturing infrastructure, including repairs, upgrades, and new equipment installation.
Key qualifications include 3-5 years of experience in repair and maintenance of production machinery, with a strong background in pneumatics, electronics, control systems, and hydraulics.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, 401(k) with company match, life insurance, paid time off, and short-term disability.
Estimated salary: $50,400 - $60,200 per year.
