Construction Completion Specialist

At Fairfield, we are seeking a skilled Construction Completion Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the final finish of all units and quality control in multifamily housing new construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for finalizing the completion of all units with high-quality workmanship
- Ensures compliance with company standards, code requirements, and contractual obligations
- Manages punch lists, tracks progress, and communicates effectively with stakeholders
- Maintains tools and equipment inventory, and identifies needs for improvement
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of experience in construction or related trade preferred
- Knowledge of power and hand tools, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
- Positive attitude, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills
