We invite you to consider the role of 2nd Shift Maintenance Supervisor. In this capacity, you will support the Facilities Manager in ensuring the operational efficiency and aesthetic appeal of the resort, thereby guaranteeing guest comfort and safety, as well as optimal working conditions for our team members. A thorough understanding of all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, safety protocols, and training programs at Kalahari Resorts is essential. Your overarching objective will be to exhibit management, administrative, and proactive preventive maintenance capabilities.

Candidates should possess prior experience in hospitality or a related field, along with supervisory experience. This role may involve handling substantial workloads, requiring the ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects weighing up to 100 pounds. Physical activities such as bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching will be integral to the job, as will working in various environments. Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, is a requirement.
