About the RoleHiEmployment is seeking a skilled Leasing Business Partner to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for showcasing and selling homes, working with prospective residents, and managing the waitlist.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to handle a fast-paced environment. They will also be skilled in multi-tasking, able to handle busy phone lines, and possess strong computer skills, especially in Outlook.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring coverage of office hours, maintaining office supply inventory, preparing presentations for property management, and coordinating tasks across multiple departments. The successful candidate will also be able to type at least 45 wpm and have a valid driver's license.

As a Residential Sales and Leasing Specialist, you will work closely with the supervisor to maintain their calendar, arrange and schedule meetings, and arrange travel and other accommodations. You will also be responsible for compiling property management reports and educating prospects on resident rules, policies, and procedures.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $18.00 per hour.
