Position Overview:
Yorktel is actively seeking a Customer Success Manager who will leverage their knowledge, experience, interpersonal skills, and administrative techniques to guarantee the effective delivery of all managed and support services to our clients.

This role is pivotal for the overall success of our services and serves as the primary liaison to clients for all Managed and Technical Services. The Customer Success Manager is tasked with ensuring client satisfaction, fulfillment, and retention, advocating for the client within the organization, and communicating essential information while providing operational insights to strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
The Customer Success Manager will:

  • Influence both internal and external stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Act as the main point of contact for designated accounts.
  • Make informed recommendations regarding account-related matters and ensure issues are resolved in collaboration with team members.
  • Engage in proactive planning, clear communication, and expert execution to coordinate resources within Yorktel to support assigned accounts.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to determine success requirements through site visits, surveys, focus groups, and performance data analysis.
  • Develop and nurture clients to become advocates for Yorktel.
  • Manage onsite personnel for assigned accounts.
  • Interact with VP/Director/Manager-level stakeholders to drive value realization from Yorktel's offerings.
  • Provide necessary reporting as per client agreements and support improvement recommendations.
  • Implement Continuous Service Improvement plans and convey client requirements during the development of new policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate root cause analysis and preventative maintenance visits.
  • Ensure the integrity of customer data across all platforms.
  • Solicit feedback on customer satisfaction through surveys and scorecards.
  • Continuously enhance Customer Success Management processes and methodologies.
  • Oversee invoicing for managed services and onsite staffing.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Preferred certifications include Customer Solution Manager, Microsoft 365, and ITIL. Candidates should possess strong leadership and managerial skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to interface with senior management. A keen attention to detail, multitasking capabilities, and a foundational understanding of financial principles are essential.

Experience in professional services, managed services, technical support, and familiarity with cloud-based collaboration tools is required. The candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Suite, and the ability to travel as necessary to support client engagements.
