Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Mother Baby Unit at Rose Medical Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality OB care and Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) programs. Your expertise will be essential in directing and coordinating nursing care for Mother and baby patients, collaborating with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery, and contributing to performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Direct and coordinate all nursing care for Mother and baby patients based on established clinical nursing practices standards.
- Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the provision of quality nursing care through performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- BLS – Health Care provider, ACLS, and NRP certifications.
- Experience in women's health or mom baby preferred.
