We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Rose Medical Center, specializing in Maternal and Newborn Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with other professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and coordinate nursing care for mothers and newborns, adhering to established clinical nursing practices and standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery.
- Contribute to the provision of quality nursing care through performance improvement techniques, resulting in positive patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness throughout the care continuum.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse.
- BLS – Health Care provider, ACLS, and NRP certifications.
- Experience in women's health or maternal and newborn care is preferred.
