About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Rose Medical Center. As a NICU Registered Nurse III, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), utilizing your expertise and knowledge to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify potential complications, and take prompt action to prevent or mitigate them.
  • Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide education to patients and families as needed.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado or current active multistate Registered Nurse license.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Current NRP certification through the American Academy of Pediatrics.
  • Associate Degree or Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited institution.
