Overview:
The Pricing Analyst will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing pricing strategies across various sales channels in North America.
This position involves collaboration with merchandising, finance, sales, and IT teams to establish pricing frameworks that align with business objectives.
The analyst will also engage with colleagues to disseminate best practices throughout the Americas region.Key Responsibilities:
- Administer pricing structures in SAP for US sales channels.
- Manage the loading and deactivation of list, net, promotional, and special pricing.
- Collaborate with product and customer master data to uphold customer programs.
- Develop and maintain US Trade freight, including customer-specific terms such as order handling fees and freight adjustments.- Regularly update brand, channel, and customer-specific discounts based on approved pricing strategies.
- Identify and invalidate obsolete pricing as necessary.
- Investigate and resolve customer pricing discrepancies, providing clear explanations for deductions.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from customer care and sales teams.
- Oversee JIRA tickets for pricing requests and modifications.
- Support pricing architecture initiatives.
- Work with IT to maintain and enhance pricing conditions and tables, including the development of new customer programs.
- Analyze and align pricing conditions where applicable.- Assist in resolving pricing issues related to customer deductions.
- Provide backup support for pricing operations in Canada and LatAm as required.
- Facilitate external and internal audit requests.
- Train customer care and sales support teams to proactively address pricing concerns.
- Cross-train pricing personnel and promote best practices across the Americas region.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is required.
- Proficiency in Excel is essential.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP Pricing Module is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
- Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities while maintaining focus on key objectives.

The salary range for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
