Clubjack Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Clubjack Representative to join our team at JACK Cleveland Casino LLC. As a key member of our Loyalty Club team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and promoting our loyalty program to drive customer engagement and retention.

• Provide personalized service to guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of our loyalty program and promote special events, promotions, and player programs.
• Manage customer accounts, issue comps, and maintain accurate data to ensure seamless guest interactions.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support departments to ensure player satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
• Stay up-to-date on competitor programs and make informed comparisons to enhance our loyalty program.
• Participate in department meetings and information sessions to stay informed and contribute to team goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to type 35 words per minute.
• Cash handling experience and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
