We are seeking a highly experienced Trucking Litigation Attorney to join our team.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Trucking Litigator
  • Licensed to practice in New Jersey
  • A strong team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Strong research and writing abilities, with a solid work ethic
  • Represent trucking companies, drivers, and insurers in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration and mediation proceedings

As a Trucking Litigation Attorney, you will provide legal counsel to trucking companies on accident-related claims, commercial disputes, and liability issues.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package based on qualifications.
