About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Events Coordinator Lead. This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and facilitating events within our store to deliver a stress-free, fun, and engaging experience for guests.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Event Planning: Plan and coordinate multiple events simultaneously, including children's birthday parties and other craft classes or events.
  • Customer Service: Deliver friendly customer service by helping customers shop at our store and find what they're looking for. Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience.
  • Store Operations: Complete operational tasks, including truck unloading, merchandise duties, and maintaining store recovery standards as needed.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess good written, verbal, and nonverbal communication skills, as well as strong listening skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Retail Experience: Have retail and/or customer service experience required.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $31,519 - $38,438, based on the location and industry standards.
