We are seeking an experienced Trucking Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a Trucking Litigator, be licensed to practice in New Jersey, and possess strong writing skills, legal research skills, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities include representing trucking companies, drivers, and insurers in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration and mediation proceedings. You will also provide legal counsel to trucking companies on accident-related claims, commercial disputes, and liability issues.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
