Your role will involve welcoming guests, managing their details, distributing keys and room assignments, and addressing any general inquiries to ensure a pleasant stay.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication abilities, a strong work ethic, and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address customer concerns as needed
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are prepared

Record Keeping:
Maintain precise records of all hotel guest account information

  • Respond to incoming calls and inquiries regarding guests' needs in-person and online about room bookings, rates, amenities, available accommodations, loyalty programs, and special requests
  • Welcome, check-in, and check out guests upon their arrival and departure, distribute keys and room assignments, and securely record payment information

Qualifications

  • Preferred 1 year of experience in the hospitality sector as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service representative
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Exhibits exceptional interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
  • Comfortable handling phone calls and managing high-pressure situations
