Primary Responsibilities of the Family Support Specialist:

Qualifications & Skills Required for the Family Support Specialist:

  • An associate's degree or two years of experience in child welfare is necessary
  • Candidates must be at least 21 years of age
  • Experience in social services, childcare, or family assistance is preferred
  • A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance are essential
  • Successful completion of background checks is mandatory
