Job Summary

The Mobile Crisis Clinician plays a critical role in our team, working with individuals experiencing mental health crises, substance use issues, or behavioral disturbances. This position requires a compassionate and skilled professional to provide comprehensive emergency client evaluations, risk assessments, and interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive emergency client evaluations
  • Assess client behavioral health status and provide evidence-based intervention strategies
  • Collaborate with medical providers and other service providers to coordinate care
  • Provide crisis assessment, triage, and intervention services
  • Document patient contacts and clinical information in the health record system
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work, clinical psychology, or closely related field
  • Colorado license preferred (LPC, LCSW, LAC, LMFT)
  • Experience working with individuals with mental illness and substance use disorders
  • Ability to provide rapid clinical psychosocial assessments and treatment/management
Working Conditions

This role operates in a fast-paced, professional office environment and requires moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises.
