The selected candidate will play a crucial role in gathering information regarding hospitality, VIP arrangements, and merchandise, while also managing staffing, scheduling, and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a positive and innovative atmosphere for the Production team
  • Uphold departmental standards for all production roles during events
  • Develop and revise departmental manuals and training resources
  • Support production staff in their roles as necessary
  • Oversee budgetary constraints and monitor financial aspects of events
  • Facilitate operational feedback and communication with the Production Manager
  • Coordinate details for VIP experiences and backstage necessities
  • Organize staff schedules while ensuring labor costs remain within budget
  • Provide input on venue projects, including enhancements and repairs
  • Document and implement disciplinary measures for production crew when required

Qualifications:

  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Tour and Stage Production
  • Proficient in Windows applications, particularly Excel and Word
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Appreciation for diverse cultures, music, and art forms

Preferred Skills:

  • Some college education or degree in a related field
  • Knowledge of Point of Sales systems
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Experience with cash handling
  • Background in a live music setting

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Dynamic and loud work atmosphere
  • Extended periods of standing, lifting, bending, and reaching
  • Capability to lift or move items weighing up to 75 lbs
  • Ability to tolerate high noise levels
  • Willingness to wear a radio earpiece throughout the shift
