Job Description

At AEG Worldwide Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading entertainment company and be part of a dynamic team that delivers world-class events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with venues and artists to ensure all production needs are met and contracts are adhered to.
  • Work with talent buyers and artists to develop tour schedules, build offers, and create show budgets.
  • Collaborate with venues to ensure everything is in working order and all show needs are addressed.
  • Resolve any production issues that may arise during the show timeline.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with artists, tour crews, artist management, venues, and other key personnel to ensure seamless communication and successful event execution.
  • Establish and manage show budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring they stay within limits.
  • Oversee the load-in and load-out of shows, including managing production crews, interfacing with local labor vendors, creating production schedules, and resolving employee relations issues.
  • May be responsible for show settlement after the event, ensuring artists and venues are paid accordingly, and closing out the show by submitting relevant information to accounting.
  • May also be responsible for hiring local labor, rentals, and other show needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Arts/Sciences Degree (4-year) in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of related work experience.
  • Working knowledge of technical aspects of concert production.
  • Ability to solve logistical and technical problems, including staging, lighting, and sound.
  • Ability to create and maintain budgets for events.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn required business systems.
  • Previous management experience with an emphasis on resolution management.
  • Works well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience interpreting event contracts and developing accurate production budgets.
  • Must be extremely flexible to work long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience working in the music industry is preferred.
Compensation
  • $67,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year.

  • This position is eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
