Key Responsibilities:
  • Address service inquiries and incidents reported by clients through various communication channels.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all information in the ticketing system, managing assigned tickets to resolution within established service level agreements.
  • Conduct onsite desktop configurations for clients.
  • Collaborate with IT Asset Disposal to eliminate outdated equipment, ensuring compliance with disposal guidelines.
  • Set up and deploy computers, laptops, printers, mobile devices, tablets, and other IT resources.
  • Oversee and monitor the organization’s IT assets, including maintenance, inventory, and lifecycle management.
  • Deliver training and support to users regarding the proper usage and maintenance of IT resources.
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of five years of experience in desktop setup support.
  • Proficient in configuring and deploying Windows-based laptops, printers, and desktop equipment.
  • Familiarity with workflow management systems such as ZenDesk, ServiceNow, Ivanti, or BMC Helix.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with IT asset management and tracking solutions like Oomnitza, ServiceNow, Ivanti, or BMC Helix.
Essential Skills:
  • Proven experience in providing desktop setup assistance.
  • Expertise in setting up and deploying Windows-based laptops, printers, and desktop systems.
