About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AWS Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales, marketing, and global services team, you will be responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from large and fast-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including public sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a financial advisor and collaborate with AWS account teams to build and deliver executive content, including financial business cases, ROI and TCO analysis, and cost optimization strategies.
  • Become the subject matter expert in all cost and commercial-related aspects of the customer life cycle.
  • Educate and enable customers with tools to successfully manage cloud and IT spend.
  • Assess reporting and analytic needs of customers and identify solutions and approaches to meet those needs.
  • Communicate, establish, and measure KPIs to track progress and success of transformation and optimization within customer organizations.
  • Manage numerous requests concurrently and strategically.
  • Understand and communicate billing, forecasting, and budgeting best practices.
