About the Role
Insight Global is seeking a highly experienced Site Reliability Engineering Manager to lead a team of 7-10 Site Reliability Engineers in supporting and monitoring production for our eCommerce platform. As a key member of our Agile Release Train, you will be responsible for incident management, development enablement, and roadmap planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Site Reliability Engineers in monitoring and supporting production for our eCommerce platform
- Develop and implement strategies for incident management and development enablement
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Business Stakeholders to drive business outcomes
- Manage capabilities to support DORA metrics and drive business growth
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Site Reliability Engineers
Requirements
- At least 8-10 years of professional experience in Site Reliability Engineering
- 4+ years of people management experience mentoring engineers or developers
- Strong experience with production monitoring, development enablement, and incident management
- Advanced experience with Agile, Jira, Jenkins, Confluence, and Github
