Responsibilities and Requirements

As a Sales Manager at The Service Fort Llc, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • BUILDING strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Identifying new sales opportunities and converting them into closed deals
  • Working closely with our operations team to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of sales activity and customer interactions

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in sales, customer service, and business development, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, plus commission. Benefits include competitive pay, paid time off, health insurance, and a great company culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of direct sales experience in the facilities management or janitorial services industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

Physical Requirements:

  • Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30 pounds
  • Physically capable of walking up to 3 miles
  • Physically capable of bending, stooping, and reaching up

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, sales, or a related field
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a criminal background and credit check
