We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Implementation Consultant to join our team at ADP. As a Payroll Implementation Consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of our payroll and HR solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Onboard Clients: Create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation, helping clients develop the skills and confidence to use our products with ease.
- Implement ADP Technologies: Consult with clients, analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes, and recommend and implement the ADP solution.
- Partner Internally: Collaborate with ADP associates in sales and customer service, and exchange routine information with members of the client project team.
- Multi-Task & Communicate: Work on multiple time-sensitive projects, follow up on essential information with clients and the teams you work with at ADP, and adhere to a daily schedule.
- High School Diploma
- 1 to 3 years of experience working in a client service/customer service environment or systems integration environment
- Basic project management skills
- Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons
