About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Oncology team at Swedish Health Services. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, and contribute to the development of our cancer care services.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with our medical oncology team to provide comprehensive care, including chemotherapy administration, symptom management, and education.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical oncology research, treatments, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • Current Washington State Registered Nurse license.
  • 1 year of experience in medical oncology or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive work environment.
