About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Oncology team at Providence Swedish Edmonds. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, identify, and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
  • Advocate for patients and families, promoting autonomy, dignity, and respect in all interactions.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, staying current with best practices and evidence-based care.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and quality, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure patient well-being.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • At least one year of experience in Medical Oncology nursing.
