Job Summary

OpSec Security, a leading provider of comprehensive anti-counterfeiting and brand protection solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Brand Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Brand Protection team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Brand Protection Analysts in identifying and removing online brand abuse, leveraging OpSec's patented technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive team performance to meet client business priorities by implementing brand-specific enforcement strategies to address online threat vectors.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of Brand Protection Analysts, ensuring their performance meets client expectations.
  • Ensure timely completion and quality of deliverables to clients, acting as an escalation point for team needs.
  • Identify and manage team performance to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), demonstrating strong creative problem-solving skills and a positive, action-oriented mindset.
  • Provide clear, professional communication to external clients, vendors, and stakeholders, effectively managing team performance and resolving conflicts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client objectives are met, performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, proficient in Microsoft Office, and mid-to-advanced level Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong team leadership and motivation skills, with the ability to drive project and customer priorities through team performance.
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership for project and account outcomes, with the ability to identify and communicate trends through data and data-driven visuals.
  • Strong technical aptitude, including the ability to troubleshoot problems or streamline workflows as required, with the highest level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information.
  • Excellent English skills, both verbal and written, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and a minimum of two years of supervisory experience or equivalent industry experience and leadership training.
