First Division Consulting is in search of a highly skilled analyst to deliver ongoing analytical, operational, acquisition, contract management, logistics program oversight, and administrative assistance.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Coordinates and executes products and tasks throughout the acquisition process and lifecycle phases.
- Prepares, configures, and staffs all Milestone documentation.
- Assists in formulating contracting strategies, drafting contracting documents, and coordinating with Army Contracting Command.
- Participates in source selection boards and conducts technical evaluations.
- Engages in product Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), test events, reviews, and demonstrations.
- Provides contract oversight for assigned products.
- Manages the program budget and master schedule.
- Identifies trade-offs in cost, schedule, and performance.
- Leads the preparation of Supply Requests Packages to the Defense Logistics Agency and oversees the transition of products.
- Develops and drafts Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Plans, and other related documents.
- Collaborates with contracting personnel to achieve desired outcomes.
- Maintains configuration control.
- Prepares plans for mitigating product risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 12 years of relevant experience.
- (Preferred) Equivalent experience or DAWIA Level II certification in Acquisition Career Field, or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel and Word.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- U.S. Citizenship is required due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements.
- Must possess and maintain a secret clearance.
- Adherence to all Federal COVID-19 protocols applicable to contractors is required.
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision for computer work.
- Light to moderate lifting may be necessary.
- Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
