Position Overview:

  • Manage on-site construction operations in designated neighborhoods within the Venice area. Ensure high-quality workmanship and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate various construction stages, schedule subcontractors, and track progress to adhere to timelines.
  • Conduct daily inspections to ensure quality assurance and compliance with project specifications.
  • Address customer service concerns and oversee finishing touches and warranty tasks as needed.
  • Manage production expenses, uphold safety regulations, and provide training to team members and subcontractors.
  • Lead staff and support special initiatives as required.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma with relevant coursework in construction management and a minimum of four years of applicable experience.
  • Proficient in adaptability, decision-making, customer relations, and effective communication. Familiarity with BuildPro/SupplyPro is advantageous.
  • Capable of thriving in a dynamic environment and willing to travel with a valid driver's license.
