Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service or automotive related work, preferably with high voltage battery systems.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical issues in high voltage battery packs.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in high voltage safety and battery technology are a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
  • PC Skills: Microsoft office suite, including Excel, Word, OneDrive, and PowerPoint.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites, sometimes on short notice.
