Job Summary

The Imaging Field Engineer I position is a key role in our company's success. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for learning and demonstrating proficiency in servicing equipment with basic troubleshooting skills while applying customer satisfaction skills and demonstrating satisfactory work habits.

This role involves attending manufacturers' basic training classes, exercising and building proficiency in servicing equipment, and learning complete assembly and disassembly procedures in the field or shop. You will also develop the ability to work independently, learn to logically troubleshoot machine problems, and demonstrate proficiency in equipment cleanings and PMs.

Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining, tracking, and protecting from damage all car stock and inventory that is issued, participating with other technicians in field training, and demonstrating acceptable verbal and written communication skills with customers and other employees.

Qualifications for this role include an associate degree in electronics, armed forces training in electronics, vocational electronics/electro-mechanical training program, or previous office equipment repair experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in electronics
