The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our team is dedicated to creating a safe and welcoming environment for clients, and we believe that cultural competency is essential in achieving this goal.

As a Cultural Liaison Specialist, you will be responsible for providing case management and family education services to clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. You will work closely with social workers, probation officers, and other service providers to ensure that clients receive comprehensive support and guidance.

We are looking for a candidate who has a strong knowledge of the Latino and Native American culture, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field, and at least two years of experience in providing direct case management services, we encourage you to apply.

Job Description:
  • Provide case management and family education services to clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Work closely with social workers, probation officers, and other service providers to ensure comprehensive support and guidance.
  • Develop and document family case plans, identify achievements, update needs, and acknowledge successfully completed needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Educate clients on child welfare and juvenile delinquency systems, allegations, safety concerns, court processes, and terminology.
  • Support clients' transitions, such as moving from emergency response to diversionary programs or continuing care services.
