Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development and growth strategies aligned with our company's goals and objectives.

Requirements
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills with proficiency in presenting regular business reviews and performance updates to senior executives and ownership.
  • Must have an expert-level understanding of financial information and hotel data metrics.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, strategy, and leadership.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive forces.
  • Ability to influence and effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • A high degree of professionalism with diplomatic and poised communication at all levels and manage confidential information with complete discretion.
  • Extensive knowledge of hospitality industry operations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (master's degree preferred) in Business Administration with an emphasis on hospitality.
  • Heavy multi-unit food and beverage operational background, to include banquets.
  • Minimum 15 years of hospitality experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of management experience.
