Life Insurance Career Opportunity

As an Agent Team Member, you will play a key part in marketing State Farm insurance and financial service products to customers. Your responsibilities will include developing customer relationships, scheduling appointments and identifying customer needs. You will work closely with your team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Responsibilities:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up as needed
- Use a customer-focused review process to educate customers about insurance options
- Develop leads, schedule appointments and identify customer needs
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be people-oriented and detail-oriented. You should also be proactive in problem solving and able to learn computer functions. A Property and Casualty license and Life and Health license are required, but can be obtained.
