About the Role

DIFILIPPO is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a leader in our organization, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement sales strategies, build strong relationships with existing and new clients, and lead a small team to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service existing client base and identify new business opportunities
  • Research and develop new business leads, focusing on B2B relationships
  • Supervise team activity and results, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems and processes
  • Provide daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships
  • Sales or customer service experience, with a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Desire to be active in the community and contribute to the company's success
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce
Licensing Requirements
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
