Nurse Leadership Opportunity

About the Position:

This leadership role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to contribute to the development and implementation of nursing practice standards, policies, and procedures. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for promoting excellence in patient care, staff engagement, and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of evidence-based nursing practice guidelines, aligning with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Mentor and coach nursing staff, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making, shaping the future of nursing practice at Beacon Health System.
  • Foster collaboration and open communication among nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Indiana.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership or advanced practice nursing role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Proven track record of improving patient outcomes, reducing costs, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum.
