LPN Unit Manager

Essex Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking an experienced LPN Unit Manager to lead our rehabilitation team in Elizabethtown, NY.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and mentor LPNs to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered care goals.
- Monitor and evaluate patient care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Current LPN licensure in New York State.
- 3+ years of experience in long-term care, with a focus on rehabilitation.
- 1+ year of supervisory experience, with a proven track record of leadership and team development.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
