Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Critical Care Nurse. You will be working in a dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same. Your skills and expertise will be utilized to provide high-quality patient care and support to your colleagues.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct patient care and developing individualized plans of care
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and achieve positive outcomes
  • Administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
  • Monitoring patients' responses to interventions and reporting outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a critical care setting
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move equipment as needed
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
